Problem
The food is slightly
burnt.
Chips made from
fresh potatoes are not
crispy.
During use, an
unpleasant smell is
detected.
Error Codes
Possible Cause
The selected temperature is
too high or the cooking time
too long.
The potatoes contain too
much water.
The Steam Air Fryer is dirty.
The Steam Air Fryer is being
used for the first time.
E1 - Broken circuit of the
thermal sensor.
E2 - Short circuit of the
thermal sensor.

Solution
Reduce the temperature or
cooking time.
Cut the potatoes into narrower pieces. Dab
the potato pieces dry with some kitchen
towel and then trickle a little cooking oil
over them.
Follow the instructions in the "Care and
Cleaning" chapter.
A smell often develops when new
appliances are first used. The smell should
disappear once the appliance has been
used several times.
