Connecting the vial:
Shake the vial well. Remove the cap and wind the vial of the gun. Spray a little foam cleaner
on the adapter, the cleaner prevents sticking excess foam on the adapter and makes it easier
for the vial to develop after work. Foam has a glue effect between the adapter and the vial.
Adapters that are not cleaned with a cleaner can often not be removed.
If the vial is used for the first time, it is advisable to pull the trigger and fill the foam gun. This
will prevent cure from the penetration of air.
Replace vial:
1. If the vial is empty. He must be placed upright with the gun up. The rest of the foam will
fall to the bottom of the vial.
2. Prepare the new vial for installation. Shake well, remove the cap.
3. Unwind the empty vial in an upright position. This position prevents the adapter from being
filled with the rest of the foam. Make one rotation of the vial and pull the trigger. Pay attention to
the direction of rotation. Exhaust gas could contain residual foam from the gun. When the gun
is released, the valve of the vial will be closed and the pressure will be blocked. By pressing the
trigger, the pressure in the gun will be active and it will be impossible for the rest of the foam
to return to the adapter.
4. Pour a little cleaner onto the adapter. A non-lubricating film will be formed which will
prevent the foam from sticking to the adapter if any contact occurs. Screw the new vial.
Storing the gun without a mounted vial:
If the gun is not used for a while, it should be cleaned with a PRR cleaner.
Unwind the empty vial, screw the PUR cleaner to the gun.
Pull the trigger sharply and briefly a few times to rinse the gun. Pay attention to the direction
of spraying.
Leave the gun containing a polyurethane cleaner for a while (ie at night) so that the cleanser
can act on the rest of the foam. The vial should be placed in an upright position.
Then pull the trigger several times, briefly, and release the dissolved foam.
The unopened vial of the PUR cleaner can also be used to clean the adapter separately via
the special valve on the vial.
The gun should be stored without a mounted vial.
When reusing the gun, the same procedures must be followed as when using the gun for
the first time.
If the foam vial is not completely emptied, it may be stored, mounted on the gun, for a few
weeks.
Do not place an upright foam vial mounted on the gun. The gas contained in the vial is a bit
short of coming through the gun. On reuse, the pressure in the vial will be too low for spraying.
Attention!
Never store the gun in use without a foam bottle fitted. If the vial is empty and there is
no new one to replace, leave the empty vial of the gun. This will avoid the hardening of the
remaining foam in the gun.
Complete vials that are not mounted on the gun should always be kept upright.
