IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY
1. Toxic vapors formed during spraying can lead to poisoning and serious health damage.
Always wear safety glasses, gloves and respiratory mask to prevent skin and eyes from
becoming contaminated with chemicals.
2. Never use any oxygene or any other flammable gas bottle as a source of pressure as this
may cause exposure and pose a serious risk to your health.
3. Liquids and solvents may be highly flammable or explosive. Use the gun in well-ventilat-
ed rooms away from naked flames
4. Disconnect the instrument from the air source when cleaning or not using it. For emer-
gency air braking, it is recommended to use valves, installed near the pistols themselves
5. Never use a homogeneous hydrocarbon solvent that can enter into a chemical interaction
with aluminum and zinc from which the parts of the kit
6. Never direct the gun to yourself or to others
7. Before using the tool, check that all the screws and caps are tight and there are no leaks
8. Before use, check that the trigger and nozzle needle move freely
9. Never modify the tools. Only use parts, nozzles and accessories and recommended by
the manufacturer.
USE OF POLYURETHANE PISTOLS
It is designed for sealing joints as well as for applying polyurethane foam on horizontal and
vertical surfaces for heat and sound insulation.
1. This tool is used for laying polyurethane on cleaned and dried surfaces. The result is
achieved at a pressure of about 6 bar, but it depends on the type and composition of the
foam.
2. Check and replace damaged or worn parts of the tool, check if the trigger is moving freely
3. Connect the gun to the air source, the tank cap and the air nozzle to be tightly attached
to the gun.
4. When spraying, follow the diagram below - whenever possible always move the gun
perpendicularly. Apply a distance of 15-20 cm between the gun and the surface, according
to the pressure and work requirements. (see Figure 1)
