Faults
The drum briefly jerks or
judders after the
programme has started.

Cause/remedy
Not a fault – the internal motor test may cause the drum to jerk or judder
briefly when the wash programme starts.

To prevent foaming, only use half the amount of detergent
recommended by the detergent manufacturer. Do not use detergents that are
intended for woollens or delicates.
Check the basic dosage settings and dosage strength.
If required, use a different liquid detergent.
There is too much detergent/fabric softener in the dispensers. Observe the
max markings in the dispensers.
All settings are changed when the menu setting i-DOS iIw : Content is

Wi-Fi is switched on but the connection to the home network could not be
established. Check whether your home network is available or reconnect to
