Faults and what to do about them.

Faults
Water is leaking from the
machine.
The appliance is not filling
with water.
The dispenser is empty
and the fill level indicator
is not flashing.
The wrong detergent/
fabric softener has been
poured into the
dispenser(s).
Detergent/fabric softener
has congealed in the
dispensers.
The door will not open.
The programme does not
start.
Cause/remedy
This instruction reminds you to run the Drum Clean 90 °C programme or a 60 °C
programme to clean and care for the drum and the outer tub.
Notes
Run the programme without laundry.
Use washing powder or a detergent that contains bleach. To prevent foaming,
only use half the amount of detergent recommended by the detergent
manufacturer. Do not use detergents that are intended for woollens or
delicates.
Switch reminder information on/off.
Remote start selected.
Off: Wi-Fi is switched off and the appliance is not connected to your home network.
Flashing: The appliance is trying to connect to your home network.
Lit: Wi-Fi is switched on and the appliance is connected to your home network.
Switch off the appliance, wait for five seconds and then switch it on again. If the
display appears again, call the after-sales service.
Cause/remedy
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.
Tighten the threaded joint on the supply hose.
Have you pressed the A button?
Is the tap turned on?
Could the filter be clogged? Clean the filter.
Is the supply hose kinked or trapped?
