  • Page 2 1. Easy access to 120VAC power to provide power for the enclosure. 2. Less than 100ft ethernet cable length between the enclosure and the Washify network hub. Avoid running the ethernet cable near equipment that causes large levels or electrical noise (Electric Motors, Electric Pumps, Power Inverters).

  • Page 4 Step 1.2. Mount Box to wall using lag bolts or required hardware for wall type.
  • Page 5 Step 1.3. Verify Mounting is flush and will not fall...
  • Page 6 2. Providing power and a network connection Step 2.1. Locate and identify fittings for power and network cable (take note of integration wiring fitting as it will be needed later)
  • Page 7 Step 2.2. Run a Cat5e or Cat6 cable from the network hub to the Integration box. Do not place the RJ45 plug on the cat cable until it has been run inside the fitting. Remove the cap of the fitting, run the cable through the cap then into the enclosure. Leave enough slack to be able to work comfortably crimping the RJ45 plug on the cable.
  • Page 8 Step 2. 3. Once the cable is inside the box, screw the cap back on the fitting and tighten.
  • Page 9 Step 2.4. Terminate the Cat cable into a RJ45 end. Make sure to follow T568B standard on both ends of the Cat cable. You can find the standard in the image below. Step 2.5. If a cable tester is available, test the cable to verify all pins are conducting properly.

  • Page 11 Step 2.7. Run power wire/cables to the enclosure from a 120VAC power source. Follow the same instructions as step 2 and 3, but for the power fitting.
  • Page 12 (Recap: Remove cap from fitting, insert cables through the fitting cap, then through the fitting inside the enclosure. Leave enough slack to work comfortably. Tighten the cap over the fitting to seal the cable/wires in place.) Step 2.8. Insert power cables into power terminal blocks. Most AC power in the United States of America uses the color codes for the wires as follows:...

  • Page 14 This section will describe how to wire the integration box your ICS 16 Keypad Push Button Station Step 3.1. Run cables from your ICS 16 Button Keypad to the washify integration enclosure. Insert the cables into the last fitting, following the same method of ethernet and power.
  • Page 15 Step 3.2. Place the Jumper strip in common terminal to jump all commons. Looking at the relay terminal strips. The middle row is the common terminals. Below the Wire holes is a slot where the terminal jumper strip slides in. Cut off the 2 jumpers on the right side, this is being done to prevent relay 15 and 16 from having the Common terminals jumped.

  • Page 22 Step 3.4 Connecting Adapter to ICS 16 Button Keypad. First you will need to remove the circuit board from the push button membrane. Undo the 4 screws located in each corner of the circuit board. Then pull the two apart. CAUTION: Pins at the top of the board could break if circuit board is twisted while separating.
  • Page 23 This first photo is the pins lined up but not pushed in This second photo is the pins pushed in Once the adapter and circuit board are pushed in place, you will need to install screws to secure the circuit board. Take the screws that were removed to remove the circuit board and install them into the bottom 2 circuit board screw spots.
  • Page 24 The following diagram indicates the controller codes that need to be assigned for each service in Washify to trigger each button. For example. If I want button 1 to trigger when a Basic Wash is bought in Washify, I will program the controller codes in washify cwa as 3 and 4 (3,4).
  • Page 25 Relay 16 is related to 2 different buttons. These buttons will only work if their specific integration method was used. Method 1: Uses 16 for “Sale” function (Stacking) No roller integration with this method Method 2: Uses 16 for “Roller” function. No stacking integration with this method...
