• Do not touch the plug or any live parts of the product with wet hands to avoid the

• If the charger or plug is damaged, stop using it and call our service personnel to

• When the product is not in use, please unplug the plug to avoid electric leakage,

• If the product is found to be abnormal during use, please cut off the power
immediately and call our service department.
• After using this product, please clean the wastewater tank in time to keep the
ventilation path unobstructed and avoid clogging, which will cause the suction
power to drop, the motor to heat up, and affect the service life of the product.
• After using the machine, please store it in a dry place. A humid place will affect
the insulation and service life of the appliance.
• The body of the cleaner and the charging base contain electrical parts, which
can't be soaked or rinsed.
• Please check the condition of the elbow of the floor brush regularly. If there is any
blockage, use the multi-function brush to clean it up to avoid the blockage and
reduced suction, which will affect the service life of the machine.
• Before changing the Roller brush, make sure that the machine is turned off.
• Add detergent provided or specified by the company during use of the product.
Please add it in accordance with the specified ratio to prevent foaming, which
may penetrate into the motor and reduce the life.
