I have completed the directions for self cleaning and pushed the button. The machine states to put it back in the charging station and it is seated in the charging station correctly. I can't get the machine to self clean. Also, can you mail me a new circular sticker that goes over the electronics to indicate the cleaning and water? I put it on incorrectly and it is lifting up.
