Warranty

Warranty Information
1) The warranty period starts from the date of delivery and is 3 years.
2) All of the goods, including all parts are covered by our company warranty.
3) If the goods fail within the warranty period, the period spent in repair is added to
the warranty period. The repair time of the goods is a maximum of 20 working
days. This period starts from the date of notification to the service station of the
malfunction related to the goods, in the absence of the service station, to one of
the goods seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the
manufacturer. If the malfunction of the industrial goods is not resolved within 10
working days, the manufacturer-manufacturer or importer; until the repair of the
goods is completed, another property with similar characteristics shall be
allocated to the use of the consumer.
4) In the event that the goods fail within the warranty period due to both material
and workmanship and assembly errors, the repair shall be made under no
charge, under the cost of labour, replacement part cost or any other name.
5) For warranty problems, T.C. The Ministry of Customs and Trade, General
Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance can be applied.
6) If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer;
• Returning from the contract, stating that it is ready to return the sold person,
• Retain the sold and ask for a discount on the sale price at the rate of shame,
• Requesting the repair of the sold person free of charge, with all costs at the
seller, unless excessive costs are required;
• If there is a possibility, it may use one of its optional rights to request that the
sale be replaced with an undamaged amount. The seller is obliged to fulfil this
demand which is preferred by the consumer. The right to free repair or
replacement of the goods without defect can also be used against the
manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly
responsible for the fulfilment of these rights.
The manufacturer or importer shall not be held liable if the proof proves that a
defect has arisen after the goods have been placed on the market by him. In the
event that the free repair or replacement of the goods with disproportionate
doubts brings disproportionate difficulties for the seller, the consumer may use
one of the rights to return from the contract or deduct the price of the defect are
considered. A maximum of twenty business days from the date of receipt of this
request to the seller, manufacturer or importer if one of the rights to free repair
or replacement of the goods by defect is selected. However, the consumer's free
repair request for the goods listed in the supplementary list pursuant to Article 58
of this Law is fulfilled within the maximum repair period specified in the
regulation. Otherwise, the consumer is free to exercise his other elective rights.
