To get the maximum benefit from your Matador we suggest that you read this manual carefully. Safety Hydraulic Safety ▪ Ensure that all components in the hydraulic system are kept in good condition. ▪ Replace any worn, cut, abraded, flattened, or crimped hoses and/or metal lines. ▪ Do not attempt any poorly executed repairs to hy- draulic lines, fittings, or hoses by using tape, clamps, or cements.

Assembly Moldboard Attachment Moldboard Sheet Installation Install sheet inside moldboard frame shown. Start- ing with the top right hand front (A), use 3/8” x 3” carriage bolts, then the top rear (B), use 3/8” x 1” bolts and nuts. Install the bolts in the lower, curved angle (C) and tighten all bolts.

Lubrication General Information Figure 3 A NLGI No. 2 multi-purpose high temperature lithium base grease is recommended. Use a manual grease gun for all greasing. Air powered grease guns may damage the seal on the bearings. Wipe all grease fittings with a clean cloth before greasing Front Roller to avoid injecting dirt or grit in the bearings.
