It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with
your Porsche vehicle. Authorized Porsche dealers are
thoroughly trained to assist in providing you with a rewarding
and fulfilling ownership experience. Generally, any problems you
might have can be solved quickly and effectively by speaking
with dealership personnel.
In the event that you have questions or experience problems
with your Porsche vehicle, we suggest that you proceed to
resolve your questions/problems in the following manner:
1. First, take your inquiry or problem to the Dealership's
Service Manager. He/She is the person in charge of the
Service Department who, through extensive product
knowledge and training, is qualified to satisfy your needs
promptly.
2. If, however, you are still not satisfied, arrange to speak with
the Dealer Principal or General Manager. These are the
people directly responsible for the entire dealership's
operations. If they are unable to resolve your concerns, ask
to get the Porsche Regional After Sales Manager involved.
3. In the event of a misunderstanding between you and the
dealer, you may contact Porsche Customer Commitment.
