865 MHz Compliance Information
Hereby, Intermec Technologies Corporation declares that the 865 MHz RFID Module is in compliance with the essential requirements and
other relevant provisions of R&TTE Directive (1999/5/EC). This product has been assessed to the following standards:

ETSI EN 301 489
EN 60950
Warning: CENELEC regulations limit exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation. To comply with these regulations,
operators of this device must maintain a distance of at least 20 cm (8 in) from the antenna assembly. While the device is
on, the operator's body and parts of the body such as eyes, hands, or head, must be 20 cm (8 in) or farther from the cover
of the antenna assembly.
Warning: CENELEC regulations also require that the antenna assembly of this device be installed in accordance with the
installation procedures to allow the operator to comply with the limit. Use of antennas and accessories not authorized
may void the compliance of this product and may result in RF exposures beyond the limits established for this
equipment.
The transmitter module's maximum output power is 2 W. The products using this module are intended for business and industrial
environments. They should not be used in residential environments and by children.
This product is marked with this logo and uses radio frequency bands that are not harmonized throughout the
