Remove the clamp bolt cover and the clamp bolt (13), and install the flange

clamp around the tank and 6-way valve flanges (see drawing 24).
Insert the clamp bolt (13) into the pre-installed nut on the clamp, and securely

tighten it with the wrench (14) supplied. Replace the clamp bolt cover back.
(see drawings 25.1 & 25.2).
Place an L-shape o-ring (12) on the 6-way valve inlet connection and on the

pump motor outlet. In a clockwise motion connect the sand filter
interconnecting hose (15) between the pump motor outlet and the 6-way valve
inlet connection (see drawing 26).
Insert the electrolytic cell (10) into the 6-way valve outlet. Hand tighten them

securely (see drawing 27).
7. Screw and tighten the flow sensor (9) to the electrolytic cell (10), then plug in the
electrolytic cell line cord and tighten the nut (see drawings 28 and 29).
Improper tank valve and clamp assembly could cause the valve and clamp
to blow off and cause serious injury, property damage or death.
