G E T T I N G S TA R T E D
REGISTRATION OF HANDSET
The first registered handset will be automatically assigned as HS-1 to the base unit.
When additional handsets are registered to the system, they will be assigned
extension numbers in the following sequence: HS-2, HS-3, and up to HS-8.
On the Base Unit:
REGISTRATION
OK
WAITING REGISTER
On the Handset:
NO NEW CALL
HS_ _
SAVE MENU SERVICE DIR.
REGISTRATION
HS_ _
OK
ADD A HANDSET?
OK
REG OK NEW ID=1
Press [MENU] and "REGISTRATION" appears on the
display.
EXIT
Press [OK] and "WAITING REGISTER" is displayed.
You are now ready to register your handset.
Note: The base unit will return to standby mode if no
handset registration takes place within 25 seconds.
EXIT
After the handset is charged, remove it from the
base unit. "HS_ _" is displayed
DIAL V.M.
Press [MENU] and "REGISTRATION" appears on
the display.
EXIT
Press [OK] and select "ADD A HANDSET?".
Press [OK] to register and "CONNECTING" is
displayed for 1 to 2 seconds.
EXIT
If the handset displays "REG OK NEW ID=1", the
connection with the base unit is established.
If the handset displays "NO CONNECTION", repeat
the above steps all over again.
