The Atollspeed is a combination convection and microwave oven for preparing food products. With the Atollspeed oven, backing and cooking are much faster than with a conventional convection oven. Very high-speed air circulation combined with the microwave function produces very fast heating results. Baked goods get crispy on the outside, while the inside heats up quickly. -
