The Atollspeed is a combination convection and microwave oven for preparing food products. With the Atollspeed oven, backing and cooking are much faster than with a conventional convection oven. Very high-speed air circulation combined with the microwave function produces very fast heating results. Baked goods get crispy on the outside, while the inside heats up quickly.
This work must be performed by licensed installers in compliance with general, national, and local regulations. Atollspeed Service is only allowed to connect the oven to the prepared connection points.
