  • Page 8 In case you’ll use OP Electric Pedal Adjuster, insert two additional 3030 M8 Slides (E) to lower slot of the profile (F) Mount the reinforcement board (AJ) to 3060 profile (F) with M8 slides (E) and screws (AC)
  • Page 9 Attach 3060 profiles (F) to front board (M) with screws (AD)
  • Page 10 Insert slides (D) to front 3060 profiles. Make sure to insert them in the slots shown above.
  • Page 11 Attach the front board (N) with screws (AD) to 3060 profiles.
  • Page 12 Connect the reinforcement board (AJ) to front boards with screws (W), washers (BK) and slides (D)
  • Page 13 Attach screws (AB) to side boards with slides (E). Use washers (Y) to front slot.

  • Page 18 Connect linear guides (O) to 3060 profiles using M6 Slides (D) and screws (T). Before you tighten the guides, align the distance between the guide and side plate with jig (HC) included.

  • Page 38 Attach Cushion holders (BE) to Seat base (BO)
  • Page 39 Attach the Seat base (BO) to the seat with screws (BL) and M6 Slides inserted in earlier phase. Start from middle and work your way to top, and then bottom.
  • Page 40 Turn the seat carefully sideways or upside down on a soft surface, and insert the Backboard (BC) to seat slots...

  • Page 42 Attach handles (BF & BG) with screws (BM)
  • Page 43 Attach U-covers (BR). Slide them in starting from left to right.

  • Page 45 Attach seat to front assembly with latches. Adjust the latches to have firm connection between the seat and front.
