    Door stop plate, 100mm 1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Greenhouse “MAGNOLIA” is designed to create an optimal microclimate for growing vegetables, flowers and seedlings in the smallholding. The framework parts are made of steel galvanized profile tube with a square cross-section of 25 x 25 mm The greenhouse is intended to be covered with cellular polycarbonate.
  • Page 7 2. END-FACES ASSEMBLY 2.1. Connect the left half-arc #1 and right half-arc #2 of the end-face (the half- arcs of the first end-face are marked by "1A" and "2A”; the half-arcs of the second end- face are marked by "1B" and "2B"). Secure the connection with self-tapping screws #37 (2 on each side).
  • Page 8 2.4. Secure the left-hand #10 and right-hand #11 parts of the bottom transverse rib to the extensions #10 with self-tapping screws #37: 2.5. Connect the middle part #11 of the bottom transverse rib to the left and right parts, and simultaneously attach the left #4 and right #5 doorway posts to them. Secure the connections with self-tapping screws #37: 2.6.
  • Page 9 2.7. With self-tapping screws #37 attach jib-sticks #9 to the posts ##4-5 and the bottom lintel ##10-12, setting the angle of 90° with a try square: 2.7. Use self-tapping screws #37 to attach the jib-sticks #8 to the side posts #7t and the roof end arch: 2.8.

The air gate post #27 with hinge holes should be on the right-hand side: 2.11. Insert the air gate in the door, secure with two hinges #42 using screws #35 and nuts #36.
  • Page 12 3. INTERMEDIATE ARCHES ASSEMBLING 3.1. Similarly as in cl. 2.1, connect the left half-arc #15 and right half-arc #16 of the intermediate arch . Secure the connection with four self-tapping screws #37 (two on each side). 3.2. Using the assembled end-face as a template, place the assembled arch and posts #7 on it (one of the Ø7mm holes in the posts should be at the bottom).
  • Page 13 4. FRAMEWORK ASSEMBLING 4.1. Connect the assembled end and six starting stringers #27 by bolts #32 with washers #33 and nuts #34 through the holes drilled in the end-face. 4.2. Fasten the two assembled intermediate arches to the starting stringers by bolts #32.
  • Page 14 4.8. Install the angle pieces # 29 (120 °, 2025 mm) at the joints of posts and roof arcs, fix them with self-tapping screws #37. 5. GROUSERS ASSEMBLING 5.1. Using self-tapping screws #37 connect grouser #14 to the grouser post #13 so that you get a T-shaped leg.
  • Page 15 6 CUTTING OUT AND INSTALLATION OF CELLULAR POLYCARBONATE (CP) TO THE END-FACES Warning! When installing the CP, it is important that the CP cellular lines are vertical (from top to bottom). Be sure to remove the wrapping film from both sides of the sheet.

  • Page 17 7. Mounting of Cellular polycarbonate (CP) on the roof Warning! When installing the CP, it is important that the CP cellular lines be on the roof along the arcs, and on the side walls - vertically. The parts "D" with the size of 2100x3250mm are used for mounting. 7.1.
  • Page 18 8. MOUNTING OF CELLULAR POLYCARBONATE (CP) ON THE SIDE WALLS The parts "E" with the size of 2100x1650mm are used for mounting. 8.1. Start mounting the CP sheets to the sides from the end-faces. Place the CP sheet to the side of the framework, aligning the top of the CP to the center of angle piece #29 and the side edge of the CP to the end post.
  • Page 19 9. INSTALLATION OF EXTERIOR ANGLE PIECES 9.1. Using #38 self-tapping screws mount four angle pieces #30 (90°, 1600 mm) on the vertical corners of the framework, 8 self-tapping screws per angle piece, thus closing the vertical corner joints of polycarbonate: 9.2.
  • Page 20 10. Greenhouse installation 10.1. Before starting operations, the site on which the greenhouse will be installed should be carefully leveled. 10.2. Dig holes or trenches of sufficient length and width under the legs equipped with grousers. 10.3. Position the assembled greenhouse so that the bottom longitudinal stringers are on the same level with the ground and the legs are deepened into the ground.
