3.1 Battery on/off switch and lock

Your Ratikon bike is supplied with two identical keys. The keylocks the battery to the bike.
Possible reason
1. Low battery voltage
2. Handlebar control problem
3. Damage to motor driveline
1. Battery not connected
2. Motor connection damaged

1. Tyre pressures too low
2. Undercharge or charger fault
3. Battery capacity loss or
