For best results, use the broil pan with broil rack insert. Ensure food is laid flat and is not

overlapping. If dehydrating meat, turn it over halfway through to ensure even drying.
Store dehydrated food in an airtight container after it's completely cooled.

Dough proofing

Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a clean, damp cloth.

Position in the centre of the oven.

To prevent overproofing check the dough every 30 minutes.
