"My Jellyfish are getting sucked onto the grill in the aquarium"

A: The flow rate is too high, reduce the flow rate using the stop valve.
"My Jellyfish seem to be just settled on the bottom of the aquarium"

A: The flow rate is too low, increase the flow rate using the stop valve at the top of the
aquarium.
"My Jellyfish have flattened out shaped like a dinner plate"

A: The flow rate is too high, reduce the flow rate using the stop valve at the top of the
aquarium.
"My Jellyfish aren't growing, it even looks like they are shrinking!"

A: Check what you're feeding the jellyfish. They most likely need to be fed live enriched baby
brine shrimp supplied by UK Jellyfish. Try feeding a little more than usual over a week to see
if they resume growing.
"My Jellyfish has turned inside out and isn't pulsing correctly!"

A: This is called inversion, this happens when either the temperature or salinity parameters
are not correct. Check the temperature and salinity then try to match the recommended
parameters.
"One of my Jellyfish isn't feeding"

A: This isn't uncommon, sometimes jellyfish don't feed! However if your concerned try
feeding live baby brine shrimp directly into the underbelly of the jellyfish using a feeding
pipette.
