addresses shown in bold typeface in the script below are for illustrative purposes only; you
must supply an actual name and real IP addresses in these fields.
Note For an LS2020 switch with two NPs, you must perform this procedure twice—once for each
NP. You must enter identical information for each NP. Do not reverse the active and secondary IP
addresses on the second NP; these addresses are assigned to the entire chassis, not to individual NPs.
If you do not enter the same information for both NPs, your LS2020 switch will not work.
