- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Remove Large Washer (4) and Large Nut (5) from each end of the Axle (2). B • Attach the Axle (2) to the Frame (1) via the Axle Mounts (1-A). Slide the Wheels (3) on to each of the Axle (2) with the valve stems facing outwards.
- Page 5 ' / 1 Line up the mounting holes of the Hose Reel (7) and Frame (1) and 7- a �-� attach using the U-bracket (14), Coach Bolts (8), Small Washers (15) and Lock Nuts (10). This will also secure the Pull Handle (6). Repeat the process on the other side of the frame.
