8. Maintenance
8.1. Inspection
Regular inspection of filter insert - approx. every 4
month.
• If contamonation is high rinse preliminary filter
100µm and replace fine filter 25µm.
To be carried out by an installation company.
8.2. Maintenance
8.2.1. Filter bowl
1. Close shutoff valve on inlet and outlet
2. Release pressure on outlet side
3. Unscrew filter bowl
4. Remove filter cartridge
5. Insert filter cartridge in new filter bowl
6. Screw filter bowl in place
7. Open shut-off valve on inlet
8. Slowly open shutoff valve on outlet
8.2.2. Filter insert
Replace the preliminary filter at least after 2 years or
after the third rinsing.
Replace the fine filter insert 25µm if it is contaminated,
but at least after 6 month.
Replace activated carbon cardridge at least every 6
month.
1. Close shutoff valve on inlet and outlet
2. Release pressure on outlet side
3. Unscrew filter bowl
4. Remove filter cartridge
5. Clean or replace filter insert
• preliminary filter 100µm can be rinsed with clear water
• replace fine filter insert 25µm if it is contaminated
• replace activated carbon cardridge if it is contaminated
6. Screw filter bowl in place
7. Open shut-off valve on inlet
8. Slowly open shutoff valve on outlet
