OPERATIONS
Hint: the read values are also synchronized on the
free "QWatch Pro" APP on the phone; the smart-
watch shows the measured value, and the maxi-
mum and minimum values recorded in the day (if
other values have been recorded, or if continuous
measurement has been activated in the app).
Automatic heart rate reading H24:
through the "QWatch Pro" APP installed on your
phone and connected to the device, you can en-
able the automatic heart rate detection function.
> Device> Heart rate detection> On.
Once enabled, wearing the smartwatch, even at
night, automatically, and without lighting up the
display, the frequency will be detected and the
data will be sent to the APP on the phone.
Note:
the smartwatch must be turned on, worn on the
wrist and connected to the phone APP.
