Manual Heart rate measurement
How to access:
1. Press the button to activate the display.
2. Swipe from right to left (or vice versa) until you
reach the heart rate shaped icon.
3. The measurement starts automatically, after
the smartwatch vibrates.
4. Stay still and after about 15 seconds, you will
start to see the first values read, while it will need
around 20-25 seconds to have the final value, after
the smartwatch vibration.
