    WARRANTY American Range (hereafter AMR) hereby provides the following warranty reasons beyond the control of AMR, failures due to improper installation, to the original residential user (“Owner”) for its new RESIDENTIAL insufficient gas or electrical supply, problems due to improper ventilation, Product(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal or removed/altered serial numbers.
