3. Operational Guidelines:
3.1 Basic Operation:
3.1.1 Data Hold (Hold/ ):
Data hold can keep the reading value on the screen.
Press once to keep the reading value and the screen will show
"HOLD" symbol; press again to return to the normal testing mode.
3.1.2 Auto Inductive Backlight:
This meter has equipped with an auto inductive backlight; and has a light
inductive sensor and the screen will light up automatically in the dark area.
Auto inductive backlight will be defaulted on when turning on the
meter, the screen will show the "BL" symbol on it.
Long-press the "Hold" button to turn off this function and long-press
it again to turn it on.
3.1.3 LED Light (
Press the button to turn on the LED light, press it again to turn it off.
3.1.4 Auto Power Off:
The meter will automatically turn off with an alarm after 15 mins
instill, to press "Select", "Hold", or turn the range switch to reboot it.
3.2 Measuring Instructions:
3.2.1 AC & DC Voltage Measurement:
To avoid any electric shock and/or damage to the meter, do
not measure the effective value over DC 1000V or AC 750V.
Turn the switch to the position
Connect the black test lead and red test lead to COM socket and V
socket respectively.
Use test lead to measure the voltage of the circuit board.
Read the measured voltage value on LCD screen.
