- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare 2 bolt assemblies by first inserting a lock washer (#D) onto the bolt (#A) then a flat washer (#E) onto that same bolt (#A). 2. Insert and align the cushion (#2) to the holes along the chair back Parts #1 x 1pc (#1).
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by first inserting a lock washer (#D) onto the bolt (#B) then a Parts flat washer (#E) onto that same bolt (#B). #3 x 2pcs 2. Align the legs (#3) to the front corners, then Hardware #B x4pcs insert the bolt assemblies and secure.
