The pan must be inserted all
the way into the appliance to
activate the contact switch. Otherwise
the appliance will not heat up.
5. Insert the mains plug into an easily
accessible, earthed wall socket.
You will hear an audio signal and
the indicator light at the front will
light up.
The display briefly lights up com-
pletely then only the Start/Pause

During the cooking process

M Some food should be shaken once
halfway through cooking (see
table). To do this, simply take the
pan out of the appliance and toss
it a little, so that the food is moved
and rearranged.
M If you wish to briefly interrupt the
cooking process, press

M To continue the cooking process,

again.
If no buttons are pressed for ap-
prox. 60 seconds, the appliance will
automatically switch to stand-by
and you may need to start the
cooking process again from the
beginning.
M To stop the cooking process early,
hold down

Ending the cooking process

1. Once the time has elapsed, you
will hear 5 audio signals and
