Adjustments from the Printer Display
When it could not do bookbinding appropriately, you can make adjustments to
settings from the printer display. Consult the manual that comes with the printer for
the procedure.
If the finished size of the booklet is not the desired size, check and make
adjustments in the following order.
- Adjust the trim angle
- Do finishing size fine adjustment
- Adjust cover image placement/adjust trim location/adjust content page image
placement
Adjusting the Trim Angle
The trim angle can be adjusted if it is not square.
Specify the trim angle in millimeters or inches according to the directions on the printer's
display.
You can set the value from –0.4" to +0.4" [–10 mm to +10 mm] (in 0.01" [0.1 mm]
increments).
