Cradle Cap Brush & Comb
A cradle cap brush & comb will help you gently remove
flaking skin from your baby's scalp. Cradle cap (also known as
Seborrheic dermatitis) occurs on the scalp and is a common
condition that affects infants; in most cases it is not serious or
long-lasting.
To Use:
1
Apply a small amount of olive oil, baby oil, or shampoo to
baby's head.
2
Slide brush onto your hand and place bristles on scalp. Apply gentle pressure,
using a circular motion to massage the scalp and loosen the flakes.
3
With the fine-toothed comb, remove flakes and gently loosen tough flakes.
4
Shampoo and continue to use comb to help remove flakes. Rinse and repeat as
needed. Note: If condition persists contact your pediatrician.
To Clean:
Wash in hot, soapy water after each use. Rinse with warm water and let drip dry.
Nasal Aspirator
Newborn Nasal Aspirator
A Our Newborn Nasal Aspirator quickly and conveniently removes excess
mucus so your baby can breathe comfortably again..
To Use:
1
Place fingers as shown and thumb at bottom of aspirator (see
photo), and squeeze air out of aspirator.
2
Hold baby upright and gently place tip into baby's nose so that
it points partially up or down, but not directly toward the center
of the nostril.
3
Slowly release pressure on the bulb and the suction will draw
excess mucus from baby's nasal passage. Repeat in other nostril.
To Clean: Aspirator is top-rack dishwasher safe or can be washed in warm soapy
water and rinsed. Clean thoroughly before first use and after each use. Make
certain that all water is drained during drying. Avoid using abrasive pads or
cleaners. DO NOT place in microwave.
CAUTION: NEVER push the aspirator too far into the nostril and always wash and dry thoroughly after
each use. NEVER use in baby's mouth or ears. When storing, keep away from heat and bright light.
