Controleer of de RVS rekstanghouders zijn voorzien van nylon schijven.

Smeer de RVS rekstanghouders (met Vaseline).

Het is absoluut verboden om schuurpapier te gebruiken bij het reinigen van de
rekstangen. Om te voorkomen dat de zachte delen van de fineer verwijderd
worden, verwijder de magnesium alleen als de rekstangen droog zijn.
Gebruik alleen een schuurspons. Klittenband (haak) is een goed alternatief.

Controleer of de breedteverstelling naar behoren functioneert.

Controleer of de bouten waarmee de breedteverstelling aan de staanders is
gemonteerd goed zijn aangedraaid.

Controleer of de bouten van de binnenste buizen goed zijn aangedraaid.

Inspecteer de spankabels, kettingschakels, en D-sluitingen op beschadigingen en
verwijder magnesium.

Controleer of de schuifspanners naar behoren functioneren, indien nodig smeren
met Teflon spray.
Met de schuifspanners kan de spanning op de spankabels ingesteld worden. De
meeste atleten hebben hier een persoonlijke voorkeur in.

Gebruik geen bijtende middelen bij het reinigen van de metalen delen.

Check if the stainless steel rail holders are provided with a nylon disc.

Grease the rail holders (by using Vaseline).

It is absolutely forbidden to use sandpaper when cleaning the rails. Remove
magnesia only when the rails are dry, to prevent that the soft parts of the veneer
will be removed as well.
Only use scouring pads. Velcro (hook) is a good alternative.

Check if width adjusters work well.

Check if the bolts that link the width adjusters to the uprights are well-tightened.

Check if the bolts of the inner tubes are well-tightened.
-
Inspect the tension cables, chains and D-(chain)shackles for damages and remove
the magnesia.

Check if the slide locks and the pulleys are functioning well and if necessary
lubricate them with Teflon spray. With the slide locks, the tension on the apparatus
can be changed. Almost every gymnast prefers another tension.

Clean the metal parts of the frame with a non-corrosive cleaning product.
