5. Maintenance

Warning! Danger of electric shock. Turn off the power supply of the heater before cleaning, examination or
repair.
In winter, when the heat pump will not be used:
1. Cut off the power supply to prevent any damage to the heat pump.
2. Drain the water from the machine.
3. Cover the machine body when not in use.
Please clean this machine with household detergents or clean water, NEVER use gasoline, thinners or any
similar fuel. Check bolts, cables and connections regularly.
In wintertime, heat pump must be stored in a frost-free area.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1.

Troubleshooting for common faults

Failure
Heat pump doesn't run
Fan running but with
insufficient heating
Display normal, but no
heating
If above solutions don't work, please contact your dealer with detailed information and your model number.
Don't try to repair it yourself.
Reason
No power
Power switch is off
Fuse burned
The breaker is off
evaporator blocked
Air outlet blocked
3 minutes start delay
Set temp. too low
3 minutes start delay
Important!
Unscrew the water nozzle of
the inlet pipe to drain the
water. When water in the
machine freezes in winter, the
titanium heat exchangers may
be damaged.
Solution
Wait until the power recovers
Switch on the power
Check and change the fuse
Check and turn on the breaker
Remove the obstacles
Remove the obstacles
Wait patiently
Set proper heating temp.
Wait patiently
