For damage or open conductor

Can you see the normal waveform?

Check HDCP key on INSTART Menu

Check the input of LG1311 (IC101).
Measure waveform at AR3200, AR3201, AR3202 because it's more easy to check.
Can you see the normal waveform?
Y
This board has big problem because Main chip(LG1311, IC101) have some troubles.
After checking thoroughly all path once again, You should decide to replace Main IC or not.
