7. Installation/Setup

• Set up the fog machine taking into account the above safety notices or mount it on the enclosed mounting bracket.
Attach the mounting bracket to the casing with the lateral thumbscrews.
• Secure the device with assembly equipment that is compatible with the attachment surface and suitable for carrying
the weight of the fog machine.
• If required, set the desired inclination angle at the mounting bracket and tighten the thumb screws well. The
inclination angle must not exceed 30°, or the fog fluid from the tank (1) may leak.
• When installed/set up in an elevated position, secure the fog machine with an additional suitable safety restraint
cable or safety net. The safety restraint cable or safety net must be able to support the fog machine in the event
of a fault at the main suspension.

8. Electric Connection

The mains socket to which the fog machine is connected must be close to the device and easily
accessible to quickly separate the device from the mains voltage in case of an error.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling mains cables and mains connections. Mains voltage may cause
potentially fatal electric shock.
Make sure that no cables lie around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
• Install the connection cable for the remote control up to the site from which you are going to control the device.
• Plug the connection plug of the remote control into the WIRE CONTROLLER (9) port of the fog machine.
• The rear of the remote control is magnetic. The remote control thus sticks to metal objects.
• Connect the mains cable low-voltage plug to the mains connection POWER (5) at the device.
• Plug the mains plug of the mains line into a grounded socket.
