TROUBLE SHOOTING

Can not power on:
- The power adapter may not be securely connected to the DPF
- If it still can not power on, please contact with our distributor or service
centre.
Remote control does not work：
- Check to see if the sensor is covered, or there is a large object between
the sensor and the remote control.
- Check whether the battery of the remote control is dead, and replace it
with new ones if so.
Can not read inserted USB stick or memory card：
- Be sure that the media source is one of the formats supported and that the files
are supported files.
- Make sure the media source is selected on HOME screen.
- Check whether it is correctly plugged in.
- Check whether the USB stick or the memory card is damaged.
Why is the photo display slower with some photos than others?
- Higher resolution photos load more slowly. Try using lower resolution photos
or down scaling your images. Refer to your camera's operating user guide for
details on down scaling your photos.
There is no sound:
- Check whether the volume is set at minimum level.
Screen is off or too dark:
- Check whether the screen brightness is set to a low level on the Setup menu.
