    SPECS & PARTS The BOSU Balance Trainer can be used with the platform side either up or down for ® different types of exercises. The solid platform is 65 cm in diameter and 1 3/8 inches thick. The dome should be inflated until it measures 10 inches tall with dome side up or 8 1/2 inches with the dome side down.
