Cause/remedy
When removing laundry at the end of the programme, you may notice an odour
produced by the natural by-products of the active oxygen. Shake out the laundry
briefly.
The active oxygen treatment is less effective if the drum is dirty. Run the

÷ Drum Clean programme before using the appliance for the first time,
and regularly thereafter.
Have you loaded too much laundry? Do not exceed the maximum load.

Have you selected a high enough intensity? Select a higher intensity.
■
Some phosphate-free detergents contain water-insoluble residue.
■
Select q Rinse or brush the laundry after washing.
■
The water level is too high. It is not possible to add laundry. Close the door
■
immediately if necessary.

The door is unlocked. It is possible to add laundry.
