After-sales service
Before calling for repair, make sure the following items:
Longer starting time,or frequent start and
stop
*It is normal to have long staring up time for the initial frist time
usage.
*A large amount of foods need to be cooled or frozen.
*Door is not closed well,or some food keeps the door open.
*Door opening is too frequent.
*Too hot weather.
*The positionof thermostat is set to high.See the section of
"starting to use"
*Refrigerator condenser needs to be cleaned.
Food gets frost,or appears ice
crystal
*The frost in the frozen package is normal.
*Door is not closed well,or some food keeps
the door open.
*Door opening is too frequent,or too long.
*Food od excessively near the air vent hole
(near the thermostat).
Guarantee of after-sales service
Bad smell in the refrigerator
*Smelly food should be closely packaged.
*Check for spoied food.
*The interior of the appliance needs cleaning.

holding together guarantee certificate and purchasing
invoice, and take care to preserve guarantee certificate
2. During the guarantee period, the overall unit is
guaranteed for one year with free of charge repair, and
three years of free of charge repair for main
