TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible Cause
Low sound level Source (Tablet, Mobile Phone, Laptop, etc.)
volume too low.
Battery is dead.
Sound distorted Battery is nearly dead or water has entered the
speaker grill.
No sound at all Source (Tablet, Mobile Phone, Laptop.) turned off.
Speaker turned off.
Volume turned down source.
Media paused on source.
NOTE: An indication tone will alert you
when the volume is adjusted to the
maximum level.
Long press the + or - button to adjust the volume to your desired
level
Short press Play / Pause button to resume the music
Short press Play / Pause button to resume the music
Short press + to skip forward the track. Short press - to skip
backward the track.
Solution
Adjust the source volume to
your desired level.
Charge the battery.
Charge the battery. DO NOT
use the charging port if it is
wet. Wait for it to dry first
before charging.
If water has entered the
speaker, turn the appliance
upside down to empty water
from the appliance.
Turn the source on.
Turn the speaker on.
Adjust volume source.
Play media from source.
