  • Page 2 Introduction Thank you for your purchase of our Body Planner™ DF870, a digital body composition monitor (“the DF870”). You can use the DF870 not only for transactions or certifications, but for a wide range of commercial activities (such as medical and nursing care as well as fitness) since it can indicate the body fat percentage and visceral fat index (which serve as barometers of health), in addition to SMI and other information (which is used as a guide to maintain muscles).

Connection to a smartphone You can import measured results of the DF870 into a smartphone by downloading the dedicated application “Yamato Body Planner.” After measurement, just scan the displayed/printed QR code from the scanning screen of the dedicated application to manage the data on your smartphone.
