Before Use

Remove the packaging materials.
Ensure that the appliance and batteries are not
damaged.

Inserting / replacing batteries

Open the battery compartment by removing the bat-
tery compartment cover in the direction shown in

Figure A.
Remove the used batteries, if present.
Insert 2 AAA type batteries into the battery compart-
ment. Ensure the correct polarity. This is shown in the
battery compartment.
Replace the battery compartment cover on the

battery compartment and close it by turning the
