■ Before requesting A/S
· If an abnormality occurs during use, check the following.
Symptom
Is the power plug firmly inserted?
Have you checked the power of control box?
Has there been a power outage?
Do you use the electric capacity correctly?
The problem is not working normally. Have you checked the fuse?
Is the handpiece cord properly connected?
Are the burs not fixed or come off?
Are you using a bur that meets the specifications?
Have you not cleaned it with water?
Have you drop it while moving?
WARRANTY
The warranty for this product is guaranteed for the product as follows in accordance
with the standards notified by the Fair Trade Commission of the Consumer Damage
Compensation Regulations, and is carried out at the headquarters customer center
and designated A/S center upon request for service.
The free warranty period of this product is one year from the date of purchase and is
guaranteed in accordance with the consumer damage compensation regulations.
Failures within the warranty period are not subject to any technical fees and parts fees
in the following cases.
· If there is a problem with the product itself when first installed
· In case of malfunction due to manufacturing abnormality in normal operating condition

WARNING
● Check the power switch before connecting the power cord in order to decrease the danger
by sudden operation of product.
● Do not use the damaged bur. It causes product's malfunction and accident.
● Replace the bur after stopped the handpiece.
● Be careful not to drop the product as it may be damaged or broken. In case that is dropped, check if the bur is
bent or that any overheat is generated while carefully operating it.
● Follow the user manual by manufacturer of bur to use bur.
● Keep the recommended speed limit by manufacturer of bur to use bur. If exceed the speed limit, it might cause
an accident.
● Contact to the manufacturer in case of damage of power cord and cable. It causes fire or electric shock.
● When unplugging the power cord, be sure to grasp the plug and do not hold the plug with wet hands. Do not
use while the power plug is loose. It causes electric shock or fire.
● Do not bend or press the power cord excessively. It causes electric shock or fire.
● Do not install near a hot air balloon or place candles or cigarettes around. It causes fire.
● Carefully observe whether the elderly, the disabled or children are near the place where
and do not leave children alone.
● If use the extension cord, do not use many electric devices at one time. It causes fire or electric shock.
● Do not install it in a humid place such as a bathroom or in a place exposed to snow or rain. It causes electric
shock or fire.
