Transfer – You can transfer calls one of two ways:
Announce a Transfer
of the person you are attempting to transfer to, wait until they
pick up the phone and announce...then hit Transfer again to
release the call from your phone. You may hang up at this
point since your call has been transferred.
Transfer without Announcing
