Thank you for choosing the SKLZ Pro Mini Hockey. We are dedicated to providing you with the best tools and instruction possible to help you prepare for

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
• Read all instructions carefully before using. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the product.
• Always check for wear and tear before use. If any is found, do not use the product.

• Adult assembly required.

• CHOKING HAZARD: Contains small parts. Not for children under 3 years of age.
• Athletes under 18 years of age should use only under adult supervision.
• Regularly check for wear and tear. Stop using Pro Mini Hockey if any part of it breaks. Failure to do so could result in injury.
• When in use, make sure the Pro Mini Hockey is set up in a clear area to avoid injury.
• Any alteration of this product or its components will result in a disclaimer of liability.
iCAUTION:
• Keep away from fire and heat sources.
• Do not leave Pro Mini Hockey outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Avoid storing the Pro Mini Hockey in extremely hot or cold environments as this could reduce the life span of the product.
• When in use, make sure the Pro Mini Hockey is set up in a clear area to avoid damage to property.
• When done, disassemble Pro Mini Hockey and store after use. Do not leave Pro Mini Hockey outdoors.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse or lost merchandise.
