- Page 2 HOW TO PLAY Pro Training Soccer Volley can be played by all ages and skill levels. Teams consist from 1-10 players on each side of the net. The Pro Training Soccer Volley Net can be used with either the Pro Training Agility Poles at two feet tall, which is meant for more beginner levels, or with the Pro Training Poles set at four and a half feet up to six feet tall.
