5. During the charging process, one of the four blue LEDs of the status indicator (7) flashes.
6. When the charging process has finished, disconnect the USB cable (11) from the coaxial port. When the Li-ion battery is fully charged, all four blue LEDs in
the status indicator (7) light up continually.
7. Close the protective cover covering the connection ports (6).
Charge the portable lamp following each period of use or every three months.
The portable lamp only fulfils the requirements of the type of protection specified when the protective cover covering the connection ports (6) is closed.
Operating the Portable Lamp
The portable lamp can operate in the following three operating modes which are selected by pressing the press switch (5).
The switching cycle of the portable lamp operating modes is as follows:
Operating mode 1 → Operating mode 2 → Operating mode 3 → Off
Operating mode 1
Operating mode 2
Operating mode 3
Press the press switch (5) as often as necessary until the required mode is activated.
Dimming Function
The portable lamp is provided with a dimming function. You can adjust the brightness in any operating mode.
1. Press the press switch (5) to switch the portable lamp on and select the operating mode required.
2. Press and hold the press switch (5) to adjust the brightness.
After a brief flash sequence, the brightness is reduced continuously. On reaching the minimum brightness, the portable lamp flashes briefly again and the
brightness is continuously increased.
3. Release the press switch (5) on reaching the required brightness.
Powerbank Function
The portable lamp is provided with a powerbank function to charge mobile devices via USB.
1. Open the protective cover covering the connection ports (6).
Underneath is one port for a coaxial plug and one USB-A port.
2. Connect the device to be charged to the USB-A port using a USB cable. During the charging process, the four blue LEDs of the status indicator (7) light up.
3. Disconnect the USB cable from the micro USB-A connector when the charging process has finished.
4. Close the protective cover covering the connection ports (6).
The portable lamp only fulfils the requirements of the type of protection specified when the protective cover covering the connection ports (6) is closed.
Magnet Function
You can use the magnet (1) in the base or magnets (4) on the rear to fix the portable lamp to steel surfaced parts.
If you use the magnet (1) in the base, you can align the portable lamp by pivoting it on the base (2).
Using the Hooks
The portable lamp is equipped with two hooks (3) on the rear. The hooks (3) can be hinged out and turned in any direction.
