  • Page 5 DANGER: 1. Do not operate the device if it has been exposed to severe temperature fluctuations (e.g. after transport). Humidity and condensation could damage the device. Do not switch on the device until it has reached the ambient temperature. 2. Make sure that the voltage and frequency of the mains supply correspond to the values indicated on the device.

    • Operating instructions PROPERTIES MAILA SPA is the only MAILA module without integrated loudspeakers - and yet an integral part of the MAILA concept. Its versatility can already be guessed at when looking at the range of MAILA sets: The MAILA SPA amplifier module is used both in the smallest MAILA-S ground stack set and in the large MAILA XL version with flown arrays.

    There are two M10 threads on the back of the MAILA SPA amplifier mo- dule (see markings). Use one of them to secure the amplifier module when mounting the crossbar. Remove the inserted blind screw using a suitable tool. An M10 eyebolt is included in the scope of delivery of the MAILA SPA.

    LEDS TO INDICATE DEVICE STATUS PWR - (Power) The white indicator LED lights up when the device is properly plugged in and turned on. SIG - (Signal) The white indicator LED lights up when there is an audio signal on the device. LIMIT - (Limiter) The yellow indicator LED lights up when the amplifier module is operating in the upper limit range.

    • Bedienungsanleitung EIGENSCHAFTEN MAILA SPA ist das einzige MAILA-Modul ohne integrierte Lautsprecher - und trotzdem integraler Bestand- teil des MAILA-Konzepts. Seine Vielseitigkeit lässt sich bereits erahnen, wenn man die Bandbreite der MAILA-Sets betrachtet: Das MAILA SPA Verstärkermodul kommt sowohl im kleinsten MAILA-S Ground- Stack-Set als auch in der großen MAILA XL Variante mit geflogenen Arrays zum Einsatz.
  • Page 29 Verstärkermodul auf der Distanzstange montieren: Stecken Sie das Verstärkermodul in der gewünschten Abstrahlrichtung von oben auf die bereits auf dem Subwoofer montierte Distanzstange LD MAILA DB. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen des Verstärkermoduls wird durch ein Nut- und Federprinzip verhindert. Um den optional erhältlichen EasyMount+ Flugbügel am Verstärkermodul zu montieren, führen Sie alle drei Stahlhaken des Flugbügels in die entsprechenden Haltebuchsen der Verstärkermoduls ein.

    Auf der Rückseite des MAILA SPA Verstärkermoduls befinden sich zwei M10 Gewinde (siehe Markierungen). Verwenden Sie eines davon zum Sichern des Verstärkermoduls bei der Traversenmontage. Entfernen Sie die eingesetzte Blindschraube mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Werkzeugs. Eine M10 Ringschraube ist im Lieferumfang des MAILA SPA enthalten.

    PFLEGE, WARTUNG UND REPARATUR Um die einwandfreie Funktion des Geräts auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, muss es regelmäßig gepflegt und bei Bedarf gewartet werden. Der Pflege- bzw. Wartungsbedarf steht in Abhängigkeit der Nutzungs- intensität und -umgebung. Wir empfehlen generell eine Sichtprüfung vor jeder Inbetriebnahme. Weiterhin empfehlen wir alle 500 Betriebsstunden, oder bei geringerer Nutzungsintensität spätestens nach Ablauf eines Jahres alle unten genannten und zutreffenden Pflegemaßnahmen durchzuführen.
