    In Android and Windows, communication with ATS100 through USB port is not possible while charging. If the ATS100 is charged while it is connected to the device, the charging speed will be slow. Simultaneous charging is not possible when connected to a PC. If you want simultaneous charging, use a charging adapter.

Warranty and Technical Support All ATID products can be repaired free of charge for one year based on the product manufacturing date.
