Remove the yellow connector from the head of the gas cannister
Hold the black connector with one hand and unscrew the gas cannister with the other hand by turning it
anti clockwise. If cannister doesn't twist, use the spanner provided for additional leverage.
Once it has loosened, use your hand to unscrew and detach the gas cannister from the black screw top
